Welcome to the Rathfarnham Golf Club Website
2013 Captains
Deirdre McDermott & Brian Holmes
Irish Mixed Foursomes - Leinster Region Winner 2012

Rathfarnham Golf Club is nestled in the foothills of the Dublin mountains with panoramic views over the city and surrounding countryside.
Founded in 1899 the original course was situated in the area between Butterfield Avenue and the Dodder River in Rathfarnham where the Fairways Estate is today.
In 1966 the Club moved from Butterfield to its existing location in Newtown on Stocking Lane, a green field site, and developed a 9 holes course.
By 2002 the course had been extended to 14 holes and in 2008 an extra hole was added bringing the Club a step nearer its ultimate goal of 18 holes.
Hoping our website is useful, informative and enjoyable.
